We need this information to insert into the Prayer Roster.  The location field is just to get an idea of where you are from so we can tell the Pilgrims / Caterpillars.

The information is pre-filled if you have come here after signing in to the system.  As you can see, the location is defaulted to your city and state. You may change this location to something more meaningful if you happen to be out of town, etc. Please note... while you can change any information here, it will not be reflected in the community database.

If supplied, the Email Address will be used to send you a reminder about the weekend and timeslot you have signed up for.  It is our policy that this email address will never be used for any other purpose other than a reminder to you about the Prayer Vigil.   If your Email Address is not already known to the system, it will be erased immediatly after the walk you signed up for has completed.
